R&J Utility and RR&J Electric are required to provide IRS Form 1095-B to any employee who received health coverage during 2025, upon request. This document offers information regarding health coverage offered in 2025 but is not required for tax filings.

If you would like a copy of Form 1095-B for your records, please request your form below.
